Really wish I could give a better rating. The hotel was very nice in a good location. The weather was not the best but they definitely accommodated everybody with having outside drinking area. The breakfast was very good. Great choices between the two locations. The only downfall was we paid a decent amount of money for a room with a pull out bed. It was quite disappointing that when we asked for the bed to be made, we were handed a package of sheets and said we could make it ourselves. Sort of like we were in a college dorm. Definitely should be a little more consideration for the customer

We were looking for a place that was close by to the cruise ships. We found this place! Awesome location so close to the ships and they provided us transportation to and from Port Canaveral. With the purchase of the parking package! Our car was safe while we were on the cruise. Also a great outdoor area! Pool, Bar, Fire pit and nice bathrooms!

Really bad mildew between the shower doors which was flaking off whenever I showered, really grossed me out. The thought of going back to the room was making me cringe. I expect better from a Hilton. I went down to front desk 3 nights in a row to try and get a room change without any success, they claimed they were sold out but I could dial up a room reservation online, so maybe they just didn’t want to give me a room while prices were up. They only offered to send housekeeping to clean the room….if this wasn’t cleaned during regular cleaning it wasn’t going to get done with housekeeping (and it didn’t). I sent a message to the hotel without any response so I’ll just post it up here. I’m a Diamond Member and have large groups stay with me so I’ll keep it in mind for future stays.

Never again. Our reservation clearly had two adults and two kids staying. There were no blankets, pillows, or sheets for the foldout provided. I had to go down to the front desk to get these items. There was barely any soap or shampoo in the bathroom (just the tiniest of travel size provided). My daughter woke up with strange bites on her legs the next morning. For what I paid for this room this type of service I consider unacceptable. They also hit me with a $10 charge which I still don't know what it was for as they never sent me a receipt like they said they would. The only good thing about this place was the location.

I stayed there for 7 nights and housekeeping wouldn't clean the room. I went to the front desk to ask for housekeeping and still nothing. The breakfast and bar area are really nice.
